Connection

Connection

After a weekend of emotionally exhausting mental aerobics, escape was essential.  By Sunday afternoon, I was in the car.  My destination?  The nearby wildlife refuge that has been my life source in recovery.  Here, the land and the sea connect and commune and somehow encompass me in their peace.  Finally.  Here.  I am able to relax and breathe.
